1. Order Management, Purchases, and Employee Administration

- Customer number, supplier number, or employee number

- Order information (such as the service ordered and the address where the service will be performed)
- Information you choose to provide beyond what we request, for example information that allows the service provider to prepare for the service.
We only process personal identification numbers when clearly justified by the purpose, necessary for secure identification, or when there is another legitimate reason (for example ROT administration). When possible, we use a customer number instead in order to minimize the use of personal identification numbers.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate business interests. Processing is necessary in order for us to fulfill our contractual commitments.
2. Sharing and Transfer of Personal Data
We never disclose personal data to third parties without your consent, except when required to fulfill contractual obligations or legal requirements (for example notification to electricity authorities or requests from law enforcement).
We process personal data only when necessary to fulfill the expectations of our customers, suppliers, and employees. Processing is carried out based on contractual obligations, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
3. Access to and Control of Your Personal Data
We retain your personal data for as long as you have a relationship with us and for an additional period where required for the purposes described above (for example warranty periods, accounting requirements, employment legislation, or statutory limitation periods).
We are responsible for the processing of personal data related to our partners and clients. If you wish to:
- Correct inaccurate information (for example if you have changed your phone number)
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Submit questions or concerns regarding our processing of personal data
