How do I become an Eljoi customer?
Switching your electricity contract to Eljoi is easy. We handle the entire change completely digitally, which means that you as a customer do not have to be in Spain. You can contact us here on our website or email us at hej@eljoi.com and we will contact you.

Do I have to inform my current electricity company?
No, you don't. We at Eljoi handle the cancellation of your current electricity contract. It is important to ensure that you do not have any contracted services with your current electricity company. These services may in some cases need to be cancelled separately by you as a customer. We at Eljoi are only authorised to terminate your electricity contract.

Will there be a power cut when switching electricity suppliers?
No, it is guaranteed by law.

How many days does a switch to Eljoi take?
From signing the contract, the switch takes between 2-14 days. An email will be sent to you when you are an active customer of Eljoi.

Can I sign an electricity contract with Eljoi throughout Spain?
Yes, it's easy. You can do it by contacting us by email or phone.

Is there any cost for switching electricity suppliers?
No, switching to Eljoi is free of charge.

Does Eljoi have a commitment period?
No, we at Eljoi work completely without a commitment period so that you as a customer can feel safe.

After the switch, will I receive a separate invoice from the network owner and an invoice from Eljoi?
No, the electricity network fee is charged on your combined invoice from Eljoi. You will therefore only receive one invoice from Eljoi.
